Case report

A 16-year-old male patient was referred following a syncopal episode and reported palpitations while playing sports. Echocardiogram revealed normal left-ventricular dimensions and function but an enlarged right ventricle with dyskinetic segments. Cardiac MRI confirmed these findings.
