He was diagnosed with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Emergent coronary angiography revealed proximal left anterior descending (LAD) artery occlusion. Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was then performed. During aspiration thrombectomy, he went into cardiopulmonary arrest. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was started immediately.
