Four groups were studied; a non-uraemic group (Sham SNx, n=10), an uraemic group (SNx, n=10), a non-uraemic group which underwent a RIPC protocol (Sham SNx+RIPC, n=9) and an uraemic group that underwent a RIPC protocol (SNx+RIPC, n=8). Data displayed as median (IQR), with p value calculated using a two-tailed Mann-Whitney U test.
